CDL-A Local Company Dedicated Dry Van Truck Driving Position

Job Description

Company is hiring for our Lowes-Mesa Account.  Lane Information: Preloaded pickups with live unloads scheduled for specific delivery times. All routes are round trips. Some Routes Require Early-Morning Starts, Live Unloads, Deliveries Have Specific Appointment Times.

Position Details:

• Home Nightly
• Weekends Off
• All Routes Are Round Trip
• Preloaded Trailers
• Pay Rates Increase with Experience: Mileage + Hourly + Stop Pay: 
  • Starting at $15.25 - $16.00/hr + 0.42 CPM - 0.45 CPM + $10 Stop Pay
• $1,300 Average Weekly Earnings
• Approximately 1,200 Miles Per Week
• Preloaded Pickups
• All Round-Trip Routes
• Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler & Casa Grande Hiring Area
• Holiday Work When Needed
• 8 Solo Openings

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A (Class A CDL)
  
• 21+ Years of Age
• First Seat Experienced Drivers, 1-Year Experienced Drivers, & *Trainees Accepted
• No Endorsements Required
• No Specialized Equipment Required
• Must Be Available For Early Starts On Applicable Routes
• Must Meet Company Hiring Standards
• Must Live Within 50 Miles Of Mesa, AZ 85212ALL drivers will be required to take a new DOT physical and Drug test.

*Trainees - This is a paid one-on-one mentor training for 4-6 weeks.  This paid mentor program helps prepare you to operate safely and confidently as a solo driver.  Qualified CDL school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $880 per week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and move into the account above.
