Freight moving through established routes helps create a predictable operating schedule while keeping drivers active throughout the week. With no-touch automotive freight, frequent drop-and-hook loads, and consistent freight demand across the network, drivers spend more time driving and less time waiting at customer locations.

Freight, Routes & Miles

  • 100% no-touch automotive freight
  • Approximately 90% drop-and-hook freight
  • Average length of haul is around 500 miles
  • Drivers typically run 2,500-3,000 miles per week

Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 while hauling automotive freight through established customer and distribution networks.

Pay

Drivers earn $1,300 to $1,550 per week, with an additional monthly safety bonus of up to $750.

Home Time

Drivers typically stay out 7-10 days followed by a 34-48 hour reset at home. Home time is scheduled regularly to provide time off between trips while maintaining freight coverage.

Equipment

  • Drivers operate primarily Peterbilt 579 tractors along with other well-maintained equipment.
  • Trucks are equipped with inverters and refrigerators.
  • Assigned equipment may be taken home during home time.

Orientation

Orientation is completed online, and DOT physicals are scheduled close to home whenever possible. Transportation to pick up your truck is provided after onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A required
  • Current DOT medical card
  • At least 3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Experience operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer
