$10.29 per stop

$30.83 hour - For PTO and Holidays

Up to $400 Monthly Bonus!

Key Duties and Responsibilities: This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

  • Load trucks make all deliveries necessary in assigned territory. Take responsibility for safety standards and weight distribution techniques as these aspects of the job relate to the legalities of the trucking avocation.

  • Answer questions and briefly converse with the customers to establish friendly business relations without interfering with business operations of the customers.

  • Take back-hauls as assigned.

  • Complete load sheets.

  • Accurately complete truck log.

  • Submit paperwork to supervisor at the end of each day.

  • Load materials for next run on truck using a sit down forklift and handheld scanner.

  • Relate customer feedback about products needed to sales.

  • Keep tractor clean and presentable.

  • Abide by all regulations associated with driving heavy equipment as required by state and federal law as well as Amerharts management practices. Maintain a courteous approach in operating vehicles.

Personal Attributes and Skills

  • Acceptable verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of weight distribution techniques for loading trailers.
  • Thorough knowledge of the rule of the road and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers license.
