CDL A Driver | Local Home Daily | $250 Per Day | $1,500 Weekly Gross

We are looking for motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team! This position offers a performance-based pay structure where your earnings are directly tied to the number of stops you make and miles you drive. In Rochester, drivers can earn a minimum of $250 per day, and with a standard 5-day work week, this can amount to $1,300 per week. Pay will vary depending on the route, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your work efficiency.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service
  • Maintains DOT travel logs according to federal and state regulations such as a pre- and post-trip safety report, 7day/60-hour log, fuel trip logs and fuel cards
  • Operates tractor trailer/flatbed truck to deliver/pick up cargo
  • Responsible for vehicle presentation
  • Maintain professional appearance: wearing assigned uniform
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager

Required Credentials:

  • 1+ years verifiable tractor/trailer experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Have a valid CDL B drivers license

Pay Range: 250.00-250.00 per_day, General Benefits: Minimum Daily Pay: $250 per day (based on typical route and performance). Weekly Earnings: Typically $1,300 per week based on a 5-day work schedule. Route Variability: Pay may vary depending on the specific route assigned, mileage, and number of stops. Additional Incentives: Opportunity to earn more based on the number of deliveries completed and routes taken.
