About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Delivery Driver for a local delivery position in Carol Stream, Illinois. This role offers hourly pay and hands-on freight handling.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $29 per hour, with OT after 40
• Estimated weekly gross: $1,200
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 5:30 AM - 5 PM

Job Details

• Route type: Local, home daily, no weekends.
• Freight handling: Heavy touch, pallet jack to load/unload
• Equipment: All automatic transmission tractor-trailers & box trucks
• Freight details: Office Supplies and paper products

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally on local routes.
• Deliver freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Perform heavy-touch freight handling as required.
• Complete required delivery documentation accurately.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow all applicable transportation laws and safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Valid CDL A.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
