    CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver - Warrensburg, MO - $1,900/Wk
    Location: Warrensburg, Missouri
    Pay Rate: $98,800 per year

    Position Overview
    Our client is hiring CDL-A drivers for a high-paying dedicated discount-retail account running out of Warrensburg, Missouri. Freight on this fleet is dry, hand unload using rollers, running Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas and Missouri. Home time is weekly, which makes this a strong fit for drivers who want a predictable routine and a consistent paycheck rather than long, open-ended stretches on the road.

    Key Responsibilities
    • You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally at all times, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring your hours of service, and keeping your logs accurate and current in accordance with federal regulations and company policy
    • You will transport freight on schedule across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas and Missouri, following assigned routes, planning fuel and rest stops sensibly, and communicating proactively with your fleet manager when weather, traffic, or a customer delay puts a delivery window at risk
    • Drivers average two loads per week and roughly 1,750 miles, hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer locations
    • This is one of the stronger-earning home-weekly lanes on the fleet and suits drivers who want to stay active
    • Freight handling is part of this role rather than an occasional extra
    • You will work the freight as described above, so a reasonable level of physical fitness and a willingness to stay active through the shift are genuine requirements, not preferences
    • You will represent our client professionally at every customer location, maintain the condition and cleanliness of your assigned equipment, and report mechanical issues promptly so they are addressed before they become a breakdown

    Requirements
    • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License is required, along with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
    • You must meet all Department of Transportation qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification
    • An acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history are required
    • You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with all federal testing requirements throughout your employment
    • The role requires the physical capability to perform the freight handling described above, including repeated lifting, climbing in and out of the trailer, and sustained activity across a full shift

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior dedicated account experience is preferred, particularly on fleets with consistent, repeating routes where familiarity with the lane and the customer builds real efficiency
    • A clean safety record, consistent on-time performance, and a track record of steady tenure with previous carriers all strengthen an application
    • Drivers who communicate well with dispatch, handle customer contact professionally, and take care of their equipment tend to do well on dedicated accounts like this one
