Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for a dedicated regional account serving Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. This role offers predictable routes, weekly home time, newer automatic equipment, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.
Overview
- Dedicated regional lanes covering OR, WA, ID, and MT (Western region; no California).
- 100% touch freight; drivers assist with loading and unloading freight.
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset.
- Typical workload: 2–4 loads per week, with approximately 3–4 stops per load.
- Equipment: newer trucks with automatic transmissions.
Compensation & benefits
- Hourly pay: $29–$31 per hour (based on experience) plus overtime after 40 hours.
- $2,000–$2,600 per week; estimated annual earnings: $109,000–$133,000.
- Paid weekly. Monthly bonuses (safety and mountain).

Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- At least 3 months OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
- No major moving violations (e.g., reckless driving, excessive speeding, following too closely) in the past 12 months.
- Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test (No SAP drivers).
- Current DOT medical certificate with at least 75 days remaining at orientation.
- Not terminated from the last two driving positions (Class A or B).
- Residence requirement: live within 50 miles of Seattle, WA or Portland, OR, or within 25 miles of Eugene, OR.
