CDL-A Semi-Local Driver – Rancho Cucamonga, CA

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Average $82,500/Year | $0.69–$0.77 CPM

We are hiring an experienced CDL-A driver for a dedicated grocery account based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Enjoy consistent miles, strong weekly earning potential, and a set schedule.

Pay:

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Average $82,500 per year

• $0.69–$0.77 CPM

• Pay increases with tenure up to $0.77 CPM

• Approximately 2,195 miles per week

• $30 stop pay

• 6 paid holidays

• Optional 6th workday available

Schedule:

• Saturday–Wednesday

• Start times between 1:00 AM–4:00 AM

• Average 10–12 hour workdays

• Approximately 2 layovers per week

Route & Freight:

• Dedicated grocery deliveries throughout California

• Combination of regional and local runs

• Typically 2 regional runs and 1 local run per week

• Dry van and refrigerated trailers

• Trailers are preloaded

• Typically 2–4 stops per load

• Vendor pickup/backhaul opportunities after deliveries

Driver Responsibilities:

This is a driver-unload position. Drivers use manual or electric pallet jacks to move product to the tail of the trailer for store personnel. Approximately 10% of loads require down-stacking with assistance from the receiver.

Equipment:

• Automatic sleeper trucks and day cabs

• 53' dry van and refrigerated trailers

• Slip seating required

• Hotel provided for applicable layovers when operating a day cab

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 18 months of CDL-A driving experience

• Must be comfortable with blindside backing and tight-quarter maneuvering

• Must be comfortable with driver-unload freight
