Class A CDL Job | Dedicated Regional Solo Run
We have an immediate opening for a solo driver on a dedicated regional account. This run is built around out-and-back segments where you handle your drop-and-hooks and get right back on the move. Because this fleet requires you to hit the ground running completely on your own, we cannot accept trainees or team drivers- you must be a solid, experienced solo driver.
Job Summary
Weekly Earnings: Drivers on this run average between $1,200, $1,300, and $1,400 gross every single week.
Base Mileage Rate: You lock in a flat $0.70 CPM on every single mile you drive.
Consistent Volume: You can count on highly predictable lanes, averaging anywhere from 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week.
Freight Handling: This is 100% no-touch freight. The vast majority of the work is simple drop-and-hook, meaning you never have to physically load or unload a trailer. There is no stop pay or short-haul pay on this account.
The Schedule & Routes
Home Time: You run consistent regional loops that guarantee you get back to your house once a week for a full reset.
The Lanes: Your routes consist of out-and-back runs centered around a dedicated loop, and you will be expected to handle regular backhauls on your return segments.
Shift Expectations: The terminal operates 24/7. You need the flexibility to manage a mix of both day and night driving windows depending on how the freight moves.
Weekends & Holidays: Weekend dispatch is a standard part of the regular rotation. You will be expected to work standard calendar holidays, with the single exception of Christmas Day, which is your guaranteed day off.
Driver Qualifications
Hiring Areas: You just need to live within 50 miles of our primary hiring hub locations.
Experience Level: No trainees allowed for this specific fleet. You must qualify as a First Seat Experienced driver, which means having at least 6 months of OTR in the last year, or 12 months of OTR within the past 5 years. Local Class A tractor-trailer experience counts completely toward this requirement.
License & Medical: Must hold a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card. No extra endorsements or certificates are required to pull these trailers.
Background & Safety: A maximum of 4 driving jobs within the last 12 months. Your record must be clear of any major preventable accidents over the past 5 years.
Screening: Must pass a mandatory hair and urine drug analysis.
