THE OPPORTUNITY

Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting qualified CDL-A Company Drivers for a dedicated regional opportunity based in Albany, Oregon.

This position combines weekly home time, dedicated freight, strong earning potential, and no-touch drop-and-hook operations.

Drivers operate sleeper tractors on dedicated regional routes, with freight originating from Albany and primarily serving Idaho and Montana.

The position offers $1,600–$1,700 in average weekly earnings, with top earning potential of up to approximately $2,200 per week, depending on miles, workload, and individual performance.

HOME TIME & SCHEDULE

Home Weekly — 5 Days On / 2 Consecutive Days Off

Drivers receive:

• Home weekly
• Approximately 34-hour reset
• 5-day workweek
• 2 consecutive days off
• Changing weekly schedules
• Flexibility with assigned workdays

The two days off are consecutive, but the specific days may vary.

This is not necessarily a traditional Monday–Friday schedule. Drivers must be comfortable with a changing weekly schedule while maintaining the established 5-day workweek.

FREIGHT & OPERATION

• Dedicated regional freight
• No-touch freight
• 100% drop & hook
• Dry van and reefer freight
• Freight originates from Albany, Oregon
• Primary delivery areas include Idaho and Montana

The no-touch, drop-and-hook operation allows drivers to focus primarily on operating the equipment and safely completing their assigned routes.

EQUIPMENT

Drivers operate:

• Top-of-the-line sleeper tractors
• Automatic transmissions
• 53-foot dry van/reefer trailers

Drivers should be comfortable operating sleeper equipment and 53-foot trailers in a regional environment.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience required.
  
• 53-foot dry van or reefer experience
• Experience operating a 53-foot trailer
• Strong backing and docking skills
• Ability to back accurately and safely into customer docks
• Safe and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet applicable DOT/FMCSA and carrier qualification requirements
• Ability to work a 5-day schedule with two consecutive days off
• Flexibility with assigned weekly schedules
• Ability to operate regional routes serving Idaho and Montana

HIRING AREA

Applicants must live within approximately 75 miles of Albany, Oregon.

The hiring radius refers to where the driver resides and is separate from the regional operating area.

ORIENTATION

Required orientation is conducted in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Candidates should be prepared to travel to Salt Lake City for the required orientation process.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE INFORMATION

This is a home-weekly regional position, but the schedule is not fixed to specific days of the week.
