Compensation & Pay
- Pay Rate:$0.62 – $0.73 CPM (based on tenure/experience)
- Weekly Earnings:$1,500 – $1,800 per week
- Guaranteed Pay:$1,500 weekly minimum guarantee
- Sign-On Bonus:$7,500 Total Sign-On Bonus (paid in milestones)
- Additional Pay & Accessorials:
- Layover Pay: $160 per occurrence
- Detention / Breakdown / Misc Pay: $25/hour
- Stop Charge: $20 per stop
- Live Load / Unload Pay: $10
- Holiday & Bereavement Pay: $20/hour

Driver Requirements
- Age: Minimum 21 years old
- License: Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A commercial driving experience
- Record & History: Acceptable references from past employers and full DOT qualification compliance
- Physical Requirements: Ability to safely enter/exit the cab and trailer, and perform standard pre/post-trip inspections
