CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Just earned your Class A CDL? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program designed to help you gain the experience needed to begin your driving career from South Bend, Indiana.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on routes throughout the United States.

• Valid Class A CDL
