CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Recently earned your CDL-A and looking for a company that will help you gain the experience you need? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Loveland, Ohio area for a paid mentor program.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn about:

• Safe driving practices and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
