CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently. You will learn about:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The day-to-day responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.
