Description

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Greenwood, Indiana area for a paid mentor program. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, gaining practical experience beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

You will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. Training will include:

  • Safe driving and trip planning
  • Pickups and deliveries
  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Communication with dispatch
  • Daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Graduation from an accredited CDL school
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
