CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Just earned your CDL-A and ready to begin your trucking career in Green Bay, Wisconsin? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program designed to help you gain the experience needed for success on the road.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the practical responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition into your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on routes originating from or serving the Green Bay, Wisconsin area.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school
