Description

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program in the Daytona Beach, Florida area. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, gaining practical experience beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently. You will learn:

  • Safe driving and trip planning
  • Pickup and delivery procedures
  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Communication with dispatch
  • The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo.

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Graduation from an accredited CDL school
  • Clean motor vehicle record
