CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Just earned your CDL-A and looking for a company that will help you gain the experience you need? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in Ankeny, Iowa, for a paid mentor program.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn:

• Safe driving practices and trip planning
• Pickup and delivery procedures
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The day-to-day responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements
