Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced C# Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise grade applications using the .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in software architecture, a track record of delivering scalable solutions, and the ability to guide technical decisions and mentor other developers
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using C# and the .NET framework/.NET Core
Architect solutions and contribute to technical design decisions across projects
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and backend systems
Write clean, efficient, and well documented code following SOLID principles and design patterns
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, front end) throughout the SDLC
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure code quality
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Manage database design, queries, and optimization (SQL Server or equivalent)
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of professional software development experience with C#
Strong expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 5+
Proven experience building and maintaining ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API applications
Solid understanding of OOP principles, SOLID design principles, and common design patterns
Strong experience with Entity Framework / EF Core and ORM concepts
Proficiency in SQL Server (or similar RDBMS): writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
Experience with RESTful API design and integration
Hands on experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) and mocking libraries (Moq)
Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming (async/await), and memory management
Experience with version control systems, primarily Git
Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (Microservices, Clean Architecture, MVC, MVVM)
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with message queues/event driven architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Front end experience with Angular, React, or Blazor for full stack collaboration
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep)
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with microservices architecture and API gateways
Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Application Insights, ELK stack, Grafana)
Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, Identity Server)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
