Insight Global is seeking an AV/CCTV Engineer to support a large enterprise client in the Nashville area. This individual will primarily support CCTV and camera-related issues across multiple locations, serving as a frontline technical resource responsible for troubleshooting and driving issues through resolution.
This role will combine technical support, networking, vendor coordination, and light project coordination. The ideal candidate does not need to be a CCTV expert but should have a strong IT foundation, basic networking knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
Basic networking knowledge: -- TCP/IP -- Cat5 / Cat5e / Cat6 -- Fiber - General network cabling - General IT/troubleshooting foundation. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Ability to troubleshoot logically, ask questions, research issues, and learn quickly. - Organized enough to own a ticket through resolution, including follow-up with vendors or other team members. - Comfortable with potential travel to CoreCivic correctional facilities.
