    Job Title: CCC: Service Coordinator

    Location(s): Cary, NC


    Position Overview
    The Service Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, scheduling and optimization of field service resources in a highly dynamic environment. This role serves as a key decision-maker, ensuring customer commitments are met through effective prioritization, real time scheduling, and proactive customer communication. The position requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and close collaboration with field management and internal and external partners to resolve complex service and scheduling challenges while maintaining a strong customer focus.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Own the allocation and deployment of field service resources to meet customer commitments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Manage end-to-end customer communications for all service events, including navigating complex scheduling discussions.
    • Apply prioritization logic aligned with customer commitments and operational requirements.
    • Serve as a decision-maker for field resource deployment while coordinating closely with field management.
    • Demonstrate strong influencing and collaborative skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to reprioritize activities and resources as conditions change.
    • Support complex service-related projects and determine critical paths to improve performance and timeliness.
    • Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation to support downstream teams and operational continuity.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus while balancing competing priorities and operational constraints.
    Required Qualifications & Experience
    • Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage customers, internal partners, and diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to independently perform standard professional-level work involving complex and less clearly defined issues.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to act as a Change Agent by promoting change management, customer focus, integrity, and ownership.
    • Self-starter with high initiative who embraces an ownership-driven culture.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Customer-facing experience.
    • Experience in a medical device or healthcare environment.
    • Dispatch, scheduling, or workforce coordination experience.
