National Account Manager, Dining, Cruise & Entertainment, Away from Home, evian waters

The evian premium waters brand is seeking a high performing and experienced National Account Sales manager with ambition and passion to build and expand our iconic brands, evian still and evian Sparkling, within the Away from Home Channel (AFH). The role is responsible for identifying long-term and breakthrough strategic avenues to build and develop the evian premium water brands in the hospitality channel nation-wide. The position will focus on securing, elevating and growing the evian brand within the Dining, Nightlife, Recreation and Entertainment channels segments. This role will require approximately 40% travel and ideally sits on the East Coast. Previous experience in the beverage category, national account sales, knowledge of the on-premise/hospitality channel and experience working with a variety of distribution partners is ideal.

As part of the evian Away from Home sales team, this role will gain valuable experience and serve as a fundamental component in achieving and supporting the key Strategy for the evian brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and execute annual business plans focused on growing and securing business within the dining, nightlife, recreation and entertainment segments for the evian brand. Execute plans that supports the overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.
• Maintain existing and develop strong business relationships with all national account partners and stakeholders to ensure long-term success and to identify and address specific needs
• Networking and identify on new business leads and partnership opportunities
• Build and develop programs for regional teams to execute in their marketplaces with Key Customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate on behalf of the business/customer needs, close gaps and achieve plan.
• Distributor Engagement and Animation; set targets & goals, track compliance, program execution, Sales Teams brand education & training, provide brand presentations and tools to support programs and proper implementation of brand strategy
• Understand the customer's business needs to build short and long-term strategies that support those goals while adhering to financial guidelines
• Working cross functionally with other departments to implement marketing activations that support key partnership objectives within budget guidelines to grow brand awareness and deliver on brand tentpoles
• Delivers fact based selling presentations to customers.
• Responsible for the execution of in national programs in marketplace and collaboration with teams across all regions to execute.
• Negotiate contracts & pricing, manage participation in RFPs from start to finish
• Track compliance and execution of contracts
• Expand Points of Activation (POAs) in existing partnerships to drive sales
• Ability to compile and analyze sales data reports from various distribution routes to market and reporting tools on monthly and quarterly basis
• Collection and management of customer trade spend
• Management of National Accounts financial budget/plans/spend
• Travel to events, conferences and customer meetings and manage the setup of products, tools and POS as needed
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor intel and category landscape.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a "hybrid" position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
