    Cath Lab Technologist RCIS, RCES
    Location: Portland, OR
    Pay Rate: $98,155 – $122,221 per year

    Position Overview
    A large, integrated healthcare system is seeking a certified Cath Lab Technologist to support a high-volume cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology program. The ideal candidate brings strong cardiovascular procedural skills, current RCIS or RCES certification, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity interventional environment. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive compensation, strong case volume, and a collaborative clinical team.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, PCI, and EP procedures
    • Operate hemodynamic monitoring equipment, imaging systems, and cath lab technology
    • Prepare sterile fields, instruments, and catheters in advance of procedures
    • Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic data throughout procedures and communicate status to the care team
    • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment, and patient data
    • Ensure all cath lab equipment is properly maintained, tested, and in compliance with infection control and safety standards
    • Participate in on-call rotation as required for emergency and after-hours coverage
    • Assist with training and orientation of new staff and students as needed
    • Collaborate with nursing, radiology, and cardiovascular surgery teams to ensure seamless patient care
    • Stay current with evolving cardiovascular procedures and technology through ongoing education

    Requirements
    • Current RCIS or RCES certification required
    • Minimum of 2 years of cath lab or cardiovascular laboratory experience in an acute care or hospital setting
    • Proficiency with hemodynamic monitoring, fluoroscopy, and interventional cardiovascular equipment
    • Strong clinical knowledge of cardiac anatomy, pharmacology, and interventional cardiovascular procedures
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in a related field is preferred
