Catering Team Member
As a Catering Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will help ensure catering orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and with care while supporting daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package catering orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure orders are complete, organized, and ready on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized catering area.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth order execution.
- Support daily restaurant operations when not preparing catering orders.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality, food safety, and hospitality.
Availability & Scheduling Expectations:
- Maintain consistent and reliable availability.
- Be flexible with scheduling based on catering volume and restaurant needs.
- Be available for early morning shifts as catering orders require.
- Arrive on time and be prepared to work scheduled shifts.
- Understand that shifts will include both catering responsibilities and regular restaurant operations.
