Catering Supervisor, Lounges - FIFA World Cup 26

We seek a motivated Catering Supervisor, Lounges, to oversee daily operations of premium lounges during the FIFA World Cup 26.

• Manage service standards, monitor product usage, and track KPIs for venue and tournament compliance.
• Act as the main on-floor contact for clients, resolving issues promptly and communicating updates to management.
• Ensure lounge setups meet premium standards, maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate with catering teams to ensure smooth service during events, adhering to safety policies.
• Require 3–5 years in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Zoom, and Smartsheet.
• Must be reliable, adaptable, able to work long hours, and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Role is paid weekly based on 40 hours/week.
