Key Responsibilities
- Build strong emotional connections with guests through excellent communication
- Present and promote Chick-fil-A’s delicious catering products confidently
- Manage customer needs and ensure outstanding service delivery
- Support team members and help manage performance and behavioral issues

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for outside sales activities
- Strong people skills with a passion for serving customers and team members
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
