Jobletics by Compunnel is seeking dependable and service-oriented Catering Service Workers to assist with food preparation, event setup, meal service, and cleanup. The ideal candidate can work well with a team, provide friendly customer service, and help deliver smooth catering operations at corporate events, private functions, sporting events, and other venues.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing, arranging, and serving food and beverages.
- Set up tables, buffet stations, serving areas, and catering equipment.
- Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and serving supplies as needed.
- Serve meals and assist guests with food service requests.
- Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and serving areas.
- Clear tables, collect dishes, and assist with post-event cleanup.
- Transport catering supplies and equipment as assigned.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Work with catering and kitchen teams to ensure efficient event service.
Qualifications
- Previous catering, banquet, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred but not always required.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry supplies as required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based shifts.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
