We are looking for a Catering Administrative Assistant who is organized, energetic, personable, and excited to be part of a luxury hospitality environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the details, and takes pride in making sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Catering team, you will provide administrative and organizational support to help ensure our events are flawlessly executed from the initial planning stages through the final guest departure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative support to the Catering and Events team
• Assist with preparing Banquet Event Orders and distributing updated event information to the appropriate departments
• Responsible for creating event guest rooming lists.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is important 
• Track changes and updates to events and ensure information is communicated clearly and promptly
• Assist with billing, deposits, purchase orders, and other administrative functions as needed

• Is highly organized and naturally detail-oriented
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Is confident communicating with guests, clients, and fellow team members
• Has strong computer and administrative skills
• Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be asked what needs to be done
• Understands that the little details can make a big difference
• Has previous hospitality, catering, event planning, or administrative experience preferred
