We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Catering Manager to lead our catering operations and help grow this key part of our business.
Position Summary:
The Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering services—from building client relationships and managing logistics to ensuring top-notch food quality and customer satisfaction. This role combines operational excellence, customer service, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all catering sales, from initial inquiry to event execution
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations
- Coordinate delivery schedules, staffing, and setup to ensure seamless catering execution
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality food
- Ensure all catering orders meet Chick-fil-A’s standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth and revenue goals
- Represent Chick-fil-A in the community with professionalism and care
- Manage catering inventory, supplies, and costs within budget
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management (2+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
