The Catering Manager will implement and execute the daily catering business in the restaurant including putting together catering delivery orders as well as taking the catering delivery orders to the guest in the Chick-fil-A Catering Van. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.

The Catering Manager, Chick-fil-A C470 & Kipling in Littleton, Colorado

The Restaurant Catering Manager plays a critical role at Chick-fil-A C470 & Kipling.  The main responsibility of the Catering Manager is to ensure the catering business execution for Chick-fil-A C470 & Kipling.  The role is to build relationships with new customers and strengthen the relationships with current customers.  These relationships will lead to sales growth for the Restaurant, which is the ultimate goal for the Catering Manager.

The Restaurant Catering Manager will be responsible for executing the catering sales plan.  The person must actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand.  A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of the team.  The Catering Manager will implement and execute the daily catering business in the restaurant including putting together catering delivery orders as well as taking the catering delivery orders to the guest in the Chick-fil-A Catering Van.

The Catering Manager will have the opportunity to work alongside local level ownership and have direct influence in the business.

Full-time, 35-40 hours weekly

Wage starting at $22/hour depending on experience

Duties/Responsibilities -

• Implements and executes the details of the daily catering business in the restaurant while giving our guest top-level Chick-fil-A experience.   
• Consistently drive catering sales growth through scheduled “surprise and delight” visits to area businesses.
• Available to work a variety of shifts (including nights and Saturdays) depending on the needs of the restaurant (Monday – Saturday)
• High level of organization, comfortable with computer skills
• Good multi-tasking abilities and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and passionately present with the restaurant team
• Strong time management skills
• Constantly communicates with the Restaurant Operations Directors, Kitchen Director and Area Director Team.
• Communicates with and assists with Chick-fil-A Aspen Grove catering as needed.
• Sets a good example for the team, is professional and mature
• Displays confident humility and growth mindset
• Drives continuous improvement for the business
• Install POP Boxes that come in from Chick-fil-A Corporate
• Promotes the cow as a celebrity. 
• Assist with development and implementation of the restaurant marketing plan.
• Helps develop a marketing mindset in the team.
• Responsible for maintenance on the Catering Van by ensuring there is gas in the tank. Communicates with the Area Operations Director or Business Manager on any necessary maintenance.
• Actively participates in weekly leadership team meetings
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License and have a good driving record.
