Catering Manager

We are adding an energetic, knowledgeable catering associate to our team!

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for reading and understanding all event work orders to make an appropriate plan in order to execute the event and its timeline.
• Preparing and storing food safely before and during events
• Tracks and monitors labor and food cost for each catering event
• Maintains excellent verbal and written communication with all catering clients
• Alerts a manager to any potential problems: consistently monitoring standards and makes recommendations for improvements
• Ensures all post-event breakdowns and sidework are done correctly
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required
