The Catering & Brand Growth Manager will serve as a key leader in driving catering sales growth, community partnerships, and brand presence beyond the four walls of the restaurant. This individual will work directly alongside the Executive Sales & Brand Growth Director to increase catering revenue, expand ADP impact, and ensure exceptional execution of all catering experiences.
This is a hybrid role blending sales development, marketing coordination, CRM management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relational, and energized by both strategy and hands-on execution. The expectation of 10-15 hours a week of off the floor time dedicated to catering and brand growth as needed and running 1-2 shifts a week/in operations.
