About the Job:
Manage on and off-site events for busy catering company.

Qualifications:

Catering-specific serving experience required.
Event management experience preferred.
Detail-oriented and organized.
A food handler card required.
OLCC Certification required.
Valid Drivers License required (with clean driving record).
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Job Details:

Responsible for loading, transporting, setting up and executing events for 20-300 people alone or with a team of servers.
Onsite lead - organize and delegate tasks based on schedule, venue and specific event needs.
Responsible for communicating with clients on-site to execute events according to their needs and specifications.
Maintain clean and organized equipment and storage areas.
Maintain clean and organized venue.
Keep inventory of non-food items.
