Catering Delivery Driver
Position Purpose
The Catering Delivery Driver represents Team Tyrone beyond the restaurant by ensuring every catering order is delivered accurately, safely, on time, and with remarkable hospitality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review catering orders for accuracy and completeness before leaving the restaurant.
- Safely load, transport, and deliver catering orders.
- Arrive at the delivery location at or before the scheduled delivery time.
- Handle food carefully to protect food quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Provide professional and hospitable service to every catering Guest.
- Set up catering orders when required.
- Confirm the Guest has everything needed before leaving.
- Communicate immediately with the Catering Team when problems, delays, or Guest concerns arise.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Team Tyrone well while in the community.
- Follow all food-safety, driving, and delivery procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Safe driving record.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional communication and Guest-service skills.
- Ability to safely lift and carry catering orders and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
