Catering Coordinator

THE ROLE

The Catering Coordinator’s main role is to assist managers and ensure that all catering events and the member lounge are running smoothly and efficiently. To lead the catering/premium staff before, during and after the event. As well as assist with the paperwork of catering events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee and/or participate in setting up & closing procedures for catering events. 

• Help with making BEO’s for catering events. 
• Ensure proper set up of food & beverage items and necessary supplies: like China, chafing dishes, paper products etc.
• Must be knowledgeable of all positions, will and be able to fill any position in any location if needed.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, positive, & professional demeanor. 
• Be willing to answer any questions from our catering staff.
• Make sure the catering staff knows the run of the show for each event.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
