The Hilton Fort Wayne, exclusive catering partner for the Grand Wayne Convention Center, is seeking a talented Catering Chef to support our high-volume banquet and event operation. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef , this position works exclusively in the Catering Kitchen , preparing and executing meals for conventions, banquets, and special events.

Join the culinary team at Northern Indiana's Premier Convention Hotel! The Hilton Fort Wayne, exclusive catering partner for the Grand Wayne Convention Center, is seeking a talented Catering Chef to support our high-volume banquet and event operation.
Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, this position works exclusively in the Catering Kitchen, preparing and executing meals for conventions, banquets, and special events.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute high-quality food for catering and banquet events
• Maintain presentation, quality, and food safety standards
• Assist with production, inventory, and kitchen organization
• Support culinary operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and banquet teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Previous culinary experience required
• Catering, banquet, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability for morning, day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
