Description
POSITION: Banquet Busser/ Runner
REPORTS TO: Banquet Maitre’D / Captain
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in setting up the room and tables to the specification of the Banquet Contract or the Restaurant Reservation Book.
Bus and reset tables, serve bread & butter and pour iced water on guests arrival and replenish as needed.
Assist servers and host/hostess respond to guests needs and keep dining room and work areas clean.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Check station assignments and side duties. Check service area for ice, warm bread, cups, water pitchers and butters.

Stocks and replenishes cups, glasses, sodas, mixers, silverware, etc. and backs for the bartender.
Performs duties that require standing, fast movement throughout the dining room, kitchen and service area.
Position requires bending, reaching and lifting 50 pounds or more.
