The Catering Assistant is responsible for providing an exceptional catering experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food, while prioritizing food safety.

Catering Assistant Team Member Responsibilities:

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Work on their feet for several hours at a time

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 15-50 lbs on a regular basis

Additional Responsibilities and Qualifications Specific to Catering Assistant Position

• Communicates directly to Catering Coordinator and invests in a professional and productive relationship
• Adheres to restaurant food safety guidelines
• Must have legally active Ohio driver's license and adhere to safe and legal driving standards at all times
• Foster long-lasting and personal relationships with catering guests
• Create warm environment for guests receiving meals through catering delivery
• Consistently available on weekends
• Available 20-40 hours/week, depending on store volume and seasonal changes in business
