Customer Communication: Act as a professional brand representative during client drop-offs, handling minor on-site adjustments or special requests.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain clean staging and packing areas while strictly adhering to local health codes and ServSafe/food handler guidelines.
Outstanding customer service is a must, so the catering staff we hire must always meet all our customers' needs and expectations, as well as attend to all the potential customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities of Catering Staff:
- Consulting with customers about any potential changes before delivery or pick up
- Transporting food to and from locations
- Making sure the supplies are well-organized and stocked
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preparing food in a healthy and clean kitchen environment
- Excellent food preparation skills
- Catering experience is a plus
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Maintain Chick-fil-A’s exceptional standards for craveable food quality.
- Assist and support your Managers and Team Members as needed.
