We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and hospitality-minded Catering Team Member to help our Catering Leadership Team organize, prepare, and deliver catering orders throughout our community.
This is NOT simply a delivery position. It's an opportunity to play an important role in a growing part of our business while helping create memorable experiences for our guests!
What You'll Do
ORGANIZE & COORDINATE: Help organize upcoming catering orders, review order details, prepare for scheduled deliveries, and ensure nothing gets overlooked.
PREPARE WITH PRECISION: Assemble and package catering orders accurately, checking quantities, supplies, presentation, and special requests.
DELIVER WITH HOSPITALITY: Deliver catering orders safely, professionally, and on time, providing the friendly, thoughtful service our guests expect from Chick-fil-A.
MANAGE THE DETAILS: Help maintain catering supplies, packaging materials, equipment, and inventory so our Team is always prepared.
MULTITASK LIKE A PRO: Balance multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a positive attitude.
WORK AS A TEAM: Communicate with our kitchen, Front of House, and Catering Leadership Team to ensure every order is prepared correctly and ready when promised.
MAKE AN IMPACT: Represent Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills in our community and help create catering experiences that bring guests back again and again!

Previous food-service experience is preferred, but strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a heart for serving others are just as important!

Schedule & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
- Must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Must meet applicable auto liability insurance requirements.
- Must be available for varied shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and carrying catering supplies and orders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple deadlines.
