    Meaningful Work From Day One:

    Drive market analysis, risk mitigation, and value delivery across designated packaging categories (Grains, PET, Gifts, Shippers & Cans). Execute global category strategies, lead commercial negotiations, resolve supplier disputes, and champion Supplier Diversity initiatives. Partner with buyers to manage $120M+ in spend while maximizing financial and spend systems.

    What You Can Expect:

    • Strategy & Commercials: Execute sourcing strategies, negotiate major commercial agreements, and manage vendor onboarding, setup, and renewals.

    • Supplier & Performance Management: Evaluate and develop suppliers, track key performance metrics, drive cross-functional efficiencies, and serve as a key vendor contact.

    • Operations & Continuity: Resolve inventory/supply issues, process POs and invoices (e.g., tooling), and partner on sourcing for New Product Development and acquired brands (WR, Diplo, OF).

    • Financial Oversight: Prepare annual pricing/budget forecasts and leverage systems to expand catalogs.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 1–3 years in sourcing/supply chain, including leading cross-functional teams.

    • Key Skills: Proven negotiation and influence skills; strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.

    • Execution: Skilled at managing multiple priorities in high-pressure environments, overseeing budget development/control, and communicating with diverse global teams.

    • Details: High organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and ability to travel up to 20%.

    What Makes You Unique:

    • Hands-on experience with CPG high-end printed packaging, structural/graphics development, or printing processes.

    • Proficiency in large-scale ERP systems (SAP Purchasing module preferred) and contract management.

    • Master’s degree or CPSM certification.
