Strategic Category Manager (Purchasing)
West Melbourne, FL | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies for advanced electronic and mechanical components. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, operations, and suppliers to drive cost savings, ensure supply continuity, and support cutting-edge product development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead sourcing strategies across electronics, RF modules, PCBs, and mechanical components
  • Build and manage strong global supplier relationships
  • Drive negotiations, contracts, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally to support new product development and production
  • Mitigate supply chain risks and improve performance metrics

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management (electronics/manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of electronic components and supply chains
  • Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ERP/MRP experience
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence key decisions

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000
