The Work:

  • • Help set and lead the strategic direction for a category at Target
  • • Deliver merchandising and assortment planning recommendations through deep category analysis
  • • Research category and industry trends to understand white space and growth areas
  • • Provide timely and accurate data through multiple sources that includes fact based actionable insights to drive category sales and demonstrate thought leadership
  • • Develop and maintain routine reporting on category performance through Target and Market data
  • • Build Planograms using the Blue Yonder Space Planning software multiple times a year
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with Target team • Collaborate and share findings with the Category Management Team
