We are seeking a Contract Advisor V - Facilities to support facilities management contracting activities. The role will work with business owners and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scopes of work, manage sourcing activities, negotiate service agreements and oversee supplier performance.
Responsibilities
- Work with business owners to develop robust scopes of work.
- Develop category strategies and sourcing plans.
- Draft, negotiate and execute Facilities Management service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), liability and indemnification provisions, insurance requirements, termination rights and performance credits or penalties.
- Ensure contracts appropriately allocate risk and protect the company.
- Manage strategic FM suppliers and preferred vendors.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs.
- Resolve service issues and disputes.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Benchmark market pricing.
- Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, environmental requirements, company policies and governance requirements.
- Support audits and corrective-action plans.
- Partner with Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, Facility Managers, Operations, Finance, Legal and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into contracts and work orders.
- Present recommendations to leadership and executives.

Qualifications
- Prior contracting or category-management experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Category-management and strategic-sourcing experience.
- Facilities Management contract experience.
- Experience drafting, negotiating and executing service agreements.
- Experience negotiating commercial, operational and risk-allocation terms.
- Experience managing suppliers and monitoring performance against contractual KPIs.
- Experience working with Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal and HSE stakeholders.
- Experience with supplier compliance, audits and corrective-action plans.
- Ability to benchmark market pricing and present recommendations to leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
