    • Build productive vendor relationships and support discussions related to products, costs, pricing, promotions, inventory, and performance.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute category priorities and address inventory or product-availability risks.
    • Prepare reports and presentations that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommended actions while managing multiple priorities with increasing independence.

    What You’ll Need:

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027.
    • Current permanent U.S. work authorization and the ability to begin full-time employment in Fort Lauderdale, FL on July 12, 2027.

    • Strong organizational, project-management, communication, and presentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • A collaborative, customer-first mindset with demonstrated initiative, accountability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in retail merchandising, e-commerce, vendor management, pricing, planning, inventory, product setup, digital content, or promotional execution.
    • Experience creating business reports or presenting data-driven recommendations.
    • Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, German, French, or Italian language skills.
