Catchcord Operator Rotating Shift

Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate. The Catchcord Operator will be primarily responsible for picking up waste from looms, baling the waste, and completing a daily audit of safety items.

Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate. The Catchcord Operator will be primarily responsible for picking up waste from looms, baling the waste, and completing a daily audit of safety items. Responsibilities:

• Complete daily team maintenance activities
• Audit Safety Items in department
• Pick up catchcord waste from all looms that are running on production floor.
• Pick up nylon and polyester waste from the production floor.
• Pick up filling tubes.
• Bale catchcord waste, nylon and polyester as well as empty tubes.

 Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year manufacturing exp
• Ability to read, write, follow directions and comprehend written and verbal instructions
• Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Good communication skills and strong discipline
• Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted

Shift Schedule: 12 hour Rotating ShiftPay: $16.34  #IND3
