What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Guest Services Representative, you'll be the information hub for our guests and help ensure their visit runs smoothly.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Sell lift tickets, season passes, and tubing tickets
• Assist guests with lesson registrations and rental information
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
• Provide accurate information about mountain operations, conditions, and events
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional guest services area
• Work closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or ski industry experience is helpful but not required
