Cultivateandstrengthenrelationshipswithclients,prospects,carrierpartners,andcentersofinfluence.
Analyzecomplexrisksanddesigntailoredinsuranceandriskmanagementsolutionsthatmeetclients'evolvingneeds.
Collaboratewithunderwriters,accountmanagers,andinternalspecialiststodeliverexceptionalclientexperiencesandwinningoutcomes.
Stayinformedonindustrytrends,emergingrisks,andmarketconditionstoprovidevaluableinsightsandstrategicguidance.
RepresentRPSatindustryevents,conferences,andnetworkingopportunitiestobuildbrandawarenessandgeneratenewbusinessopportunities.
Negotiatewithcarrierstosecurecompetitivecoveragesolutionsanddelivervalueforclients

About you:

Bachelor'sdegreeand1+yearsofinsurance,sales,orbusinessdevelopmentexperience;orparticipationinGallagher'sSalesInternshipProgram(GSIP);oraHighSchoolDiploma/GEDwith6+yearsofrelatedexperience.
Commercialcasualtyinsuranceexperienceisrequired.
Provenabilitytobuildrelationships,generatenewbusiness,anddeliverclient-focusedsolutions.
Strongknowledgeofcommercialinsuranceproducts,riskmanagementprinciples,andmarketdynamics.
Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andrelationship-buildingskills.
ActiveProperty&Casualtylicense,ortheabilitytoobtainandmaintainrequiredlicensing.
Preferred:Wholesalebrokerageexperienceand/orprofessionaldesignationssuchasCPCU,CIC,ARM,orCEBS.
