Overview:
Assists in all aspects of record keeping, planning, and organization of the department and office building. Assists with month end inventory.
Responsibilities:- Data entry and filing.
- Record keeping including training, quality document management & safety
- Train employees in the UKG timekeeping system and manage schedules and weekly processing
- New employee interview scheduling and onboarding
- Inventory tracking and month end inventory counts
- Manage casthouse office building
- Assist with company gatherings and announcements
- Organize and plan department functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
