Overview:
Support Department Leadership Team, and Production Operators in day-to-day activities
Responsibilities:- Schedule/support interviews as needed
- Provide monthly updates on department performance statistics
- Manage purchasing card for the department
- Verify and maintain receiving records for department
- Maintain training records for all employees
- Perform other miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties
- Strong safety record
- 2-year degree in Business or related field required or 2-4 years of experience in related position
- Must be able to communicate professionally and clearly in English, written and verbal
- Must be self-motivated, able to make independent decisions, and work without direct supervision
- Must establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, managers, administrators, other departments, and external entities/agencies
- Must maintain and ensure complete confidentiality of employee records
- Must have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- Bachelor's degree prferred
- Clerical experience a plus
