    Description

    Overview:

    Support Department Leadership Team, and Production Operators in day-to-day activities

    Responsibilities:
    • Schedule/support interviews as needed
    • Provide monthly updates on department performance statistics
    • Manage purchasing card for the department
    • Verify and maintain receiving records for department
    • Maintain training records for all employees
    • Perform other miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties 
    Qualifications:
    • Strong safety record
    • 2-year degree in Business or related field required or 2-4 years of experience in related position
    • Must be able to communicate professionally and clearly in English, written and verbal
    • Must be self-motivated, able to make independent decisions, and work without direct supervision
    • Must establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, managers, administrators, other departments, and external entities/agencies
    • Must maintain and ensure complete confidentiality of employee records
    • Must have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Software 
      • Bachelor's degree prferred 
      • Clerical experience a plus
